Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Understaffed, no back ups for vacations, very little recognition for stepping up outside of work scope to fill in and assist, pay is low end of median
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Getting everyone to row in same direction from top to bottom. PAC is Middletown centric, other plants input is not valued. D365 is not being used to its fullest potential in all plants. Lack of staffing, meaning we have no backups and a handful of folks fill in for many areas outside of scope
