My immediate co-workers, the ones in my career field, are very supportive and caring. They are there to help when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our pay should be based off seniority and the Mech 1/Mech 2 system. I also believe the smaller career fields are undervalued and are the hardest to replace.
