Praxent company environment is great. The leaders want it to be a place that's productive, enjoyable, and spirited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good people working to continuously improve the company. While no team is perfect, ours is a caring group of leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good energy, good people, motivated attitudes and it's contagious. We're given great facilities to work and the leaders are responsive when support is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Missing life insurance, vision insurance, basic medical is expensive compared to other employers I've had. Actual bonus pay was far less than I expected when joining.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer facing roles are subjected to customer problems and cultures, which can be the extreme opposite of Praxent. As a Praxent employee embedded in dysfunctional clients, I have had a difficult time staying motivated and engaged with Praxent activity.
