What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a family feeling within the company. We try to bring work and life balance and have fun at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It allowed me to showcase my strengths and the goals that I have set out for me as well as plans on what I can bring to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be as transparent as they can be. They try to communicate as often and as best as they can. They try to address issues as quickly as possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to earn a quarterly bonus. I know that my current salary is lower compared to the entry level in the market but the benefits and perks of my beneficiaries are more than enough to compensate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family. We support each other and ensure that we are able to accomplish the goals that are set for us. We involve and communicate with one another so we can do the necessary actions to reach our targets.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my colleagues and solving issues I encounter at the same time seeing each of my team member's growth. There are challenges every day but those are resolved or tackled as a team. I love helping my downlines and peers.
