Very willing to work around your schedule and needs on a case by case basis

Benefits and high hourly rate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There shoild be travel time compensation, full time pay, even when there are bot full time hours available, paid holidays, and we ate not paid foe the hours we actually work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Inconsistency, lack of communication, disorganization, management is out of state and lacks geograpical understanding of site locations and employee commuting time.
