
The immediate teams are amazing. Everyone puts their heart into their work and truly tries to elevate everyone around them.
It's not overly arduous so pretty straight forward. But, we operate with one talent person for the entirety of North America so it's almost impossible to get the process started and finished.
We are purely managing by spreadsheet in that we're making decisions that have long term negative impacts on both customer engagement and employee morale. It's painfully obvious we no longer care about retention and that brings the overall sentiment down creating a negative workspace.
