What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and my manager are absolutely incredible. Everyone is aligned on our team goals, willing to help one another. Overall, we just have a really good time working with one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tuition reimbursement, adequate compensation during APRs instead of 3% and no stock.... even if you're only going to give only 3% stock would at least be nice. Also, having United as our health insurance is the worst. Most of my doctors stopped taking United as of this year.
