Terrible, constant change of process that is supposedly geared towards customer service and customer retention is by far the worst I've ever seen! But as long as the company gets more online reviews its a success! Also company has 50+% profit gain 1st half 2021,employees who actually "work"see nada! Review from Operations Dept
