great work life balance, excellent product
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Positive, a great product with a healthy approach to work life balance and an ethical approach to business. A lot to know with the tool. New CS management is micromanaging us a little right now, but they're figuring it out and I appreciate their overall direction
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and helping people, and collaborating with others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex Fridays are great, the safe harbor 401k is awesome as well, and we succeed as a team in CS
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's collaborative which can be a lot of fun. People are really helpful and kind for the most part as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their vision is sound, they communicate it well, and they value the work/life balance of their employees. There's a real sense of fairness
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The product is very reliable and very sticky, and I like being in a position to be consultative. I feel positively about the direction of the CS org, they are giving us space to dig into accounts in detail
