I feel like I have a pretty sweet remote setup that Rev helped me create.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get out of your funk and lets make meaningful stuff instead of just doing the minimum of what's required us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We have a silos problem. Objective upon sub-objective upon sub-objective... We need one clear "rally cry". And we need a process that holds teams accountable to solving problems keeping us from reaching that one goal/focus.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again - clear, concise, TRULY agreed-upon singular focus. Then empower teams to identify and solve problems. Let them own the success metrics and hold them accountable to them. Hire better, more skilled, more Senior Product Managers please.
