Yes we are trying to move with velocity but there is no vision and it causes issues with other departments. Decisions are being made with no input.

Concentrix: I love what I do and where I work, I have been here for almost 17 years, I would be here if it was a bad place. But there is a need for improvement in holding people accountable for their work. In some cases accountability is a daily thing and in some cases it is not.
Concentrix: My overall experience has been positive as I started out as a customer service representative as was able move up to a recruiter position in less than 4 months. I enjoy my job and like the people I work with as well as the company I work for.
