Concentrix: These questions were hard to answer. Typically, i love my job. Lately, everyone is stressed and it's impacting culture. We are not using the 3Vs. Yes we are trying to move with velocity but there is no vision and it causes issues with other departments. Decisions are being made with no input.
Concentrix: It's been promising, I have ample opportunities for growth and learning. I have worked my way up in the company and enjoy being ap art of the organization.

Concentrix: Right from the beginning there was great support from management, being my first time with a call centre there was always support for any questions. As I went through contracts I got to learn new skills and help with special projects before getting promoted to training new hires.

Concentrix: I love what I do and where I work, I have been here for almost 17 years, I would be here if it was a bad place. But there is a need for improvement in holding people accountable for their work. In some cases accountability is a daily thing and in some cases it is not.
Concentrix: My overall experience has been positive as I started out as a customer service representative as was able move up to a recruiter position in less than 4 months. I enjoy my job and like the people I work with as well as the company I work for.
