24 Hour Fitness: Properly maintaining the physical plant of the operation. Pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, locker rooms. Some of them are outright filthy. Many have been improperly maintained or have broken equipment. So many of these situations clearly indicate expense cost cutting by local managers.
The Home Depot: better pricing on labor charges
CarMax: The app is troubling. I reserved and paid for a car to be moved to our local branch. The app shows the car has arrived, I called the phone number listed and it's out of service. I finally reach someone and the car is not reserved in my name? What is going on? Second Time very frustrating!
King Soopers: Digital Coupons are a "pain" for us 86 year olds--don't use them!!!! You need to quit using them.

Vivint: Customer service and cancellation policy. I have called and called to cancel, was told I had to write a letter, this was October 2024 to December 2024. I was still getting billed. I sent the letter in February 2025 and it is now May and I am still getiing billed. Terrible.

Bosch USA: Well, your water dispenser/icemakers are flawed..and, it is all over the internet...it's quite phenomenal how many customers experienced this equipment failure with no recourse after 12 months.

Frito-Lay: Frito has many opportunities to grow for the chosen. Those who start on the floor are not allowed career progression regardless of their abilities. In management there is more of a forward progression but even that can be truncated for a few. The job is difficult with no accountability behavior.
