United Rentals: This company inly cares about the bottom line. Employees are treated like a number and easily replaced by the way they are treated. Work life balance is a joke and no mayyer how hard you work if you arent in sales or management you are inly getting a $.27 an hour raise.

GEICO: The company has had a lot of change and morale has been low for at solid two years in the department i am in. There is NO real space for professional growth anymore. Wages are depressing. No bonus or profit sharing for most of the company. Unattainable goals. Directors and up are ALL "yes men."
