Carvana: Long hours, 50 hours 5-6 days a week. Zero recognition, extremely low moral. Upper managment is non exsistant. No opportunity for advancement. Raises and bonuses are retracted as well as sign on bonuses. Corners are cut to make unrealistic deadlines. Training is promised but very seldom delivered.
DXC Technology: Overall it has been a good 26 years however there have been challenges along the way but I keep striving to do a good job for DXC.
GE Vernova: I'm working here more than 10 years and intent to continue forever. It is the best company that I've worked. Concern about security, compliance and fair recognize.

Speedway: it's constantly filled with so many different things that are expected to get done. That really is almost impossible with the constant flow of customers, not enough hours in a day, and being short staffed completely or other employees that are there to get a check not even doinb the bare minimum!!

ADP: From day one to week 3 I am more and more positive about my future with ADP and see the road laid out in front of me to achieve all my goals in life thanks to what this company offers.

Deloitte (US): Deloitte encourages learning but will count the time you take to learn against you. Since billables are king you will be hard pressed to continue to find time to learn and participate in firm initaitives needed to be promoted. Benefits are not good and growth is limited.

Good strategy in principle but poor execution (quick ROI does not work with just migration, full integration needed). Plus trying to be on the AI curve without proper research work.

However, the department I am currently in, directed by Bessie Smith is horrific. I have never worked for someone who gets off on making you feel small and insignificant.
