T-Mobile: I tried to sign up with t mobile but it was so difficult, i stopped. I just got a bill and a collection notice for $3.24! I called the support line and the suopport person could not even tell me what the charge was for! They they would not put me in touch with a manager.
ADP: I closed my business in 2020 during the pandemic. I changed different companies and roles, but Adp is the place to be. I'm a perfect fit in terms of age and work culture. I feel stable and i can finally plan my future again. I appreciate a lot what I learnt in Adp and what I achieved.
Foxconn: Everything is perfect and well organized

TJ Maxx: In recent years they care less and less about the associates and more about how much money goes into their pocket at bonus time. They no longer care how hard we have to work just to try to live. The cost of living goes up but not our rate of pay. They push the credit cards down peoples throats.

There is no opportunity for me to move up in my area, I rarely get increases in my wage when rent has increased exponentially here, and the guys have all seen a big increase in wages. I do understand that it is because of their positions.
SunTrust Banks: There is no customer service at Truist, will swith banks soon, terrible customer service on hold for over an hour to speak to someone about a business credit card. Transferred 3 different times. The number on the back of the business credit card is not correct number for business customers.

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores: I have driven a truck for over 10 years. I prefer Loves over other locations. I park overnight at least 2 times a week at the Love's in Ormond Beach (#316). The General Manager (Garrett Gremminger) is exceptional. He is very Courteous, Hospitable and Professional to his employees and customers.
KFC: managers need to show up for work and stay at the work place until closing time

We were a team in NC but when I got up to my new store they weren't as polite or interested in showing my what the new process was for the new trays and warmers, because they didn't have that yet in NC. The job was good until we changed.

L3Harris Technologies: Fort Wayne Campus does interesting work and I generally enjoy working there. It is technically interesting and local management generally works towards quality product, successful business, and satisfied workers. Upper level company management seems capricious and had large layoffs in 2024.
O'Reilly Auto Parts: Management is on the gravy train they only show up when they feel like it they crossed the line on labor laws all the time your pay is subpar for the industry
Publix Super Markets: Consistency is key. From top notch customer service to new products being regularly introduced, it's never a disappointing experience at Publix!

Bechtel: I have worked on different Bechtel jobs since 2003. In my experience ai think they were more process oriented in the past and now they are more results oriented, which may be firing back in the long run.
Ross Stores: Cheap, affordable clothes and shoes

TP: It was perfectly good, unexpected feelings since the people is good.
Electric Boat's: Pay and benefits are significantly below par for the region. It takes far too long to top out on both. Parking and management are also terrible. The whole atmosphere is very unprofessional and toxic. There is also very limited to no career advancement or growth within the company.

LifePoint Hospitals: They just sent out a notice that about our PTO accrual per pay period, which is 3+ more hours below what we have been getting for the last 6 years or more. this equates to about 80 hours of PTO loss per year.

TaskUs: the company is fine and it has good things to offer but the people such as the ones who are their to support agents does not seem well equipped. I wish they produce and train more professionals other than tenured agents that power trips on trainees on training or nesting

Recommendations for improvement are brushed under the carpet. Team managers lack consistency of expectations, setting you up to fail.
