Big Lots: This company would have done well if they had people in corporate who knew what they were doing... they were stuck on emails, when in reality most people don't want to give there emails out with the amount of hacking that gets done. Norfolk Southern Corporation: Company doesn't care about its employees or people in general. Billion dollar company with the guys at the top spouting off about safety and customer service but the guys at the bottom in the most unsafe conditions getting paid pennies in comparison.
Texas Instruments: Mgmt has recently decided to require everybody in the office 5 days a week. Even prior to Covid most work groups had at least one work from home day. It makes no sense when the work has been done successfully remotely for years now.
Sunbelt Rentals: I was the number one driver .im even on the store I worked for site store pc188 as a customer took a picture of me showing how safe i was doing my job . I don't know who put it up but the person was showing how good i do my job .
Discount Tire: Corporate positions have good work-life balance and amazing servant-leadership culture. Anyone at the stores can reach out to corporate with questions or concerns.

KMart: At first it was great but as time went on, there seemed to be a unbalanced workload amongst employees, it's very manager dependant, if the manager is great your fine but if not; you might get extra or an unfair amount of work.
KeyBank: They offer great support, a helpful financial wellness review, great services in investments, loans, checking, and credit products. Their leadership has great values, culture, and gives back locally and teach at top schools and MBA programs like Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio.
Omnicom Media Group: Overworked and underpaid. Decent culture but feels very corporate pilled. They took away our snacks
Xylem: My immediate boss is fantastic but leadership is totally disconnected from everyday employees

KFC: A whole new team at that location
McDonald's: After being hited i worked 2 weeks straight. The first few days i wasnt really toight anything by management, i just watched and learned until a crew member on grill showed me the ropes. Felt like high school a bit not too many being held accountable for wrongful action.
3M: The company is in a steep decline. Would not be surprised if they go bankrupt in 3-5 years. It is a small miracle that they can still find customers dumb enough to buy their low quality, overpriced adhesives.
Belk: Lack of communication, lack of training, and lack of customer service hinder associates being able to enjoy doing their jobs. Improvements in these areas could improve associates performance and customers satisfaction.

Pizza Hut: I just started working here 01/02/25, I have been working 8 hours shifts and I am expected to work for over a week straight, only Friday off, I asked when I was hired to not be put down to work Monday or Sunday unless I absolutely had to because these are the days my Fiance has off.
Kroger: Everything you could think of. Basic thinking, waste prevention, simple scheduling. Overall needs a huge overhaul. Maybe Walmart should buy the factory I work at. They would probably do a better job at the absolute bare minimal compared to supervisors we have.
