Nucor Corporation: It's a good job with some downsides. Nucor expects the absolute best out of you, but often isn't flexible with their employees. There is no flexibility with schedule or relocating for promotion, which can create burnout.
Honeywell: The tech 1 were not respected. An individuals privacy was mocked. It was a company that ran off of the 48 Laws of power with lasting damage where people that worked for Rmt are still waiting to tell their story about this company

Pentair: Execs make more and workers get basically a 3-4% annual increase. Company culture is changing to what appears to be a transactional business from a relationship model.
Wegmans: I work really hard and have been successful within my role and have gone beyond my role for firther development. 14 years and the past 6 ive been passed up on for promotional growth. Ibe thought about leaving on numerous occasions but have a family to support.

Genesis Healthcare: training for the job is expected to be completed on your own time via job aides. there is little assistance to have someone in house with you to help train on systems and processes

JLL: No one listens to my team or myself. Input from someone at my level. It's a shut up and do as your told exercise from most of the managers/chiefs from 5 levels below the CEO. That's also where most of the work force is as well

Sunglass Hut: I think the company can do better as a $7.8 billion company as far as their expectations on dress code and performance when they are only paying minimum wage they ask for professional attire and not every store is the same as far as organization/communication. Very stressful job with little pay.

Prime Healthcare Services: The unethical behavior I have witnessed that comes in the form of orders from the top regarding admissions, employee treatment, and a general lack of leadership within some departments in the name of profit is outrageous. Incredibly high turn-over rate, as employees are treated as disposable.

Intermountain Healthcare: Intermountain Health has been a nightmare to work for after the merger from SCL Health. Cannot get a raise, more demands to increase already busy patient load, lack of support from administration, equipment in need of repair, and no Christmas bonus at all for the 1st time in 30 years. Disgrace!

H E B: Overall great experience however there is a disconnect between corporate and in store leadership. Many Top Store leaders have been with the company for a very long time and are not adapting to the changes quickly enough. Some of the Top Store Leaders GM's call themselves OG's so they need to adapt.
Amedisys: Patients are the only thing positive
QuikTrip: It's great. Super fun and positive work environment at every store no matter what.
Fuji Electric: It has challenging job, definitely not getting bored. A supportive working envirnonment including colleagues and a good benefits
Unifirst Corporation: At first it was great. But the company keeps raising goals to levels that are extremely difficult to achieve without working 60 hours. They are adding additional services that are impossible to achieve while out running routes.

ITW: My team worked hard and knew their business. Our GM didnt have a clue. All his efforts were about getting a promotion. He was good at that.
Vans: i wish the company would focus more on the customer experience and how they treat their employees rather than how much money theyre making. the CEO would rather keep his hefty paycheck and cut costs that make his employees suffer rather than keep his company afloat which is extremely disappointing

STERIS: I really enjoy my team and the folks I work with daily. We get things done and have fun along the way. My leader is supportive, and the stability and longevity of the company is very desirable.
Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): Communication repair , not being told tge truth
Asplundh: Asplundh would assume we should be grateful for them continuing to make record profits off the backs of good, working-class Americans. Then when asplundh is asked for a raise from its employees to just try to keep up with the cost of living they respond back with how replaceable the workers are

TaskUs: Overall, my experience has been positive. The company culture and management are acceptable. However, the recent redeployment process, which prioritizes transferring employees to more toxic accounts instead of considering agent preferences, is concerning and needs improvement.
Labcorp: Correct coding errors leading to billing errors on lab tests. Operate professionally, like Baystate Reference Labs did.

Kroger: They are expanding all the departments for more sales which is fine but without more pay to handle the extra workload department heads are getting burnt out .The extra product coming in on truck are beyond what staff can handle .the warehouse is over bought so we get everything sent to our store
