Sometimes it feels very antiquated here and that duties are not clearly outlined. People are not open to hybrid or remote work. Please add 12/26 as holiday.

As a field mechanic i traveled to our Corporate office and addressed the CEO and asked for several millions of CApital investment money and was given the green light on the spot.

FSE not allowed to show company anything so they can recover system but fse complains and accused company techs when something breaks. Not happy with onsite FSE

UPS: enable customers on both ends of shipments to correct mistakes, change delivery, etc. Also, overnight is almost always delayed and very late. Little or no recourse for customer to get a partial refund or credit for service that was not as described.
Farmers Insurance: Farmers' continuous decrease of commissions and removal of product make this insurer (who had the capacity to purchase non-admitted carriers replacing the cancellations and would have at a minimum contributed to surplus 300-400% as supported in the current market) a leader in inferiority.
W.W. Grainger: it is a great company with excellent opportunities to learn and grow along with the company.
