Paying attention to the staff's concerns. Compensate for experience and drive. Stop taking away more re compensation than you give. Treat your employees well and they will reciprocate

Unlivable wages low level benefits and lack of compensation when increased workloads make for lack of motivation to even show up. Acknowledge and compensate based on knowledge ability and experience not on statistical data from 10 years ago. Stop remindind us of your growth while we can't survive
Cap on hrly rates. No room for advancement contrary to what they claim. Administration is paid ok any role below management cannot survive on pay. Merit raises, pay based on experience, education and ability vs statistics. Compenste with added responsibility. Pay for all major holidays
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No team work, cliques and unprofessional behavior and hostility allowed to continue as long as you show up everyday and perform semi ok in your position. Equal treatment of peers without the frat boy initiations
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compensation and acknowlefgement with true growth ptential not empty promises that a marketing exec suggested you promote blindly for your own benefit
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Realize what you are and act accordingly. Act like derm office not a world wide government agency that is providing something other than healthcare for profit. Stop the ego driven policy changes that benefit the company solely
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate mentality that cares more about the bottom line than the care of the patients. Driven by profits not by integrity
