I like making a difference and feel like I am making a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice. Most people are supportive of others. I love my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative and help each other. However, the same is not always true between regions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with others to defeat the competition. I love working with my team members and the executive team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My management team trusts me to do my job and enables me. They are transparent and dedicated to the company and our cause.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid well and am happy with my compensation. However, I am paid below the market rate in comparison to my other cyber security peers, and equity is limited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide guidance and have a say, but let me run my business. They enable me, versus micromanage me. They are open to feedback, and value the opinions of people lower than them in the chain.
