What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is incredibly fair given flexibility of the role and non-monetary perks within the office, like free snacks, drinks, yoga, and additional benefits like great health insurance, 401k match, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and not drawn out, unlike other processes. They were decisive and responsive in communication. We discussed salaries and benefits upfront, which made the offer process simple since negotiation was out of the way.
