Need a more strategic approach to building the brand's awareness.

The team needs more direction and leadership. The loose structure adds to inefficiencies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More aggressive marketing strategies (not just phone sales) and create an advertising/marketing team with a director that is solely responsible for strategically building the brand using intentional marketing strategies that will complement the sales team. Identify internal talent to lead this.
