Support and positive attitudes. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help as needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We a have a lot of options outside of regular benefits (ie medical, dental, etc.) I liked that I could choose options that were most relevant to my family and me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear and open communication with industry updates, internal updates, and any other related news. I love that the leadership team truly cares about their employees and their well-being, especially during those affected by natural disasters.
