We work on interesting problems, building a strong business, trying to do good in the world, and doing so with a strong and non-toxic company culture that is designed to help prevent burnout.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work hard, are respectful, and communicate well. Tally values empathy and inclusion, and we tend to build teams that operate with a high EQ. And again, we are committed to a good work-life-balance and hold each other to that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay is very good. Related but not a direct benefit; our teams are also committed to a healthy work life balance which increases the value of my compensation. I don't need to give up my personal life to make a decent living.
