
One of the best things about my team is that we help each other with the difficult and unfamiliar issues that we encounter.
They would provide guidance on how I can do better with my scores. They encourage and provide feedbacks on the my work and how I could have done better.
I understand that I should not be asking this since I am not a performer. But the pay is also one of the motivation for us to keep coming to work and for us to give an extra mile. I think, in my opinion. Our allowance does not match the workload that we have now on our current LOB.
