as of right now, the company or atleast my OMs can't provide an opportunity to level up or skillup, and could not facilitate better, our LOB is always failing our SLA, and could not figure out how to keep it steady.

Can't use ICare properly, the pay is not sufficient for the work that we do, and our work is only increasing.
