What are some of the best things about your team?
Be matured enough when working in the BPO industry, do not be sensitive and emotional as this BPO community, slang words and all are commonly spoken
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we need like Attendance Incentives, additional HMO beneficiary, Free snacks, wellness allowance (e.g. spa, salon), Salary increase (Minimum wages nearly the same to our pay)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are hands on to the TM, they always engage and ask TM how they are doing, they support everyone on our strength and opportunity to meet the target scores and they attend immediately when needed.
