The salary itself. I finally feel like I'm being compensated for the value that I contribute.

Transparency and approachability. They fit in as if they were on the same level of individual contributors.

Fun and energetic. We get excited about the initiatives of the department and collaboration moves the needle so we're always progressing toward and end result.

Transparency and support. Always willing to take the time to talk, even if it is last minute. Excited about my ideas and encourages me to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun as a remote workplace-- I honestly didn't know it was possible to feel a company culture in a virtual space, but it really is!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that I was able to meet with the CEO, Mark, in my final interview and he made me feel comfortable and confident as if I wasn't speaking with the CEO.
