Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the volume of work I undertake, it is inequitable to be unable to afford basic necessities. As global prices continue to rise, my compensation should be adjusted to reflect the cost of living. Furthermore, there are roles that do not necessitate a degree, yet they receive the same remuneration
