Care for their agents as a human not a working machine

The work itself is so stressful the clients demands are not fit to the pay that I'm receiving

Helpful friendly and approachable and motivates you to go to work even though the work is not so motivational
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyday payday their is disputes no lates absents and all but every cut offs their is disputes and it's horrible
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work on your Payroll pls keeps on disputing our pay and our incentives also is keep on delaying I don't know we work hard for it whats keeping TP to not give it to us right away
