Positive, but a bit tiring.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm getting a good enough workflow that I'm sort of hitting US minimum wage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's almost no contact to the leadership team at all, so I don't have an opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I said, there's an extreme teamwork and help each other out type of culture. Super positive and good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The co-worker experience is good. There's a very loving community at TranscribeMe that works its hardest to help each other out. I just wish they were compensated for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'd have to work as hard as possible to even get something that would remotely amount to $6 an hour. These concerns have been raised before to the community admins, and all they said was, "We're better than others." I would feel better if I was being paid minimum wage.
