What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, driven, and fun people
What did you like most about the interview process?
I skipped the final round? Now the process is a bit better, but I don't think my job is hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly not sure how I'm payed comparable to other orgs, but I just make more than enough for me. I do know that i started with a lower salary than i could've and that might still be impacting my compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ones we hear from (CEO, CFO, CRO, Strat Guy) seem open and honest. The rest who knows and maybe they're not as great. I'm not fans of the C level Marketing or People Ops leads because they don't always seem genuine in all-hands.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is the best. Most everyone is capable, enjoys each others' presence, and is eager to help each other. Nobody is too worried about taking time to assist. We also don't have any real politics because we're mostly engaged directly with customers and don't see higher level issues.
