My interview was done before we became corporate owned.

What makes you most happy at work?

Providing the best care to the patients and their owners.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

At my facility we get along with each other and work together as a team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We share the workload no matter our position. We help each other. We communicate. We respect each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Corporate demands that we bring in more revenue but cut our hours making us short staffed. We are required to bring in new clients but are already solidly booked with appointments and available staff are mentally/physically exhausted. Corporate doesn't care, they want more revenue no matter what
