The colleagues. We used to have lots of amazing benefits. But systematically they've been decimated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CTO has done a good job to move the Frankenstein organization forward. He seems to truly have vision, something lacking with the rest of the ELT.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working in the company for 4 years, have had a promotion only in name. No salary increase. Meanwhile still asked to perform previous role. This is not a company that takes advancement in career or compensation seriously.
