Compensation is Par with the market
I get month incentives and annaul increases
fixed salaries and insurance benefits
There is ALWAYS an excluse as to why the company cannot muster more than 1 or 2 percent raise. They used to say - well, the bonus makes up for it. Now they rate you low so you cant get a bonus. They dont pay for the performance many hard working folks have earned and they make you feel unworthy.
Recently received a 1% annual raise when inflation was sitting at 7% high. This was an absolute slap in the face. While I understand that there are limitations to increases the CEO was still able to take home several million last year. Would be nice to receive somewhat of an adjustment this year.
The compensation is low compared to executives. The average employee is right above poverty level while the CEO got a $2 million dollar raise this year.
I wasn’t paid according to my skill
Review from IT Dept
Too much effort for too little recognition
Solid business and technical knowledge in the credit risk and risk engine team for mortgage. Wells Fargo ran off the quality assurance team - i mean all of them. So the developers and rule requirements folks had to step up and they did. They are top notch.
Postive and productive environment. Team building activities
We work like a family
Helpful and great team building
Good work environment and collaboration. Generally open conversations.
Management that is proactive, not reactive. A management that is partially compensated based upon employee retention and morale.
Stand up for yourself and demand better working conditions. No more micro managed bullying.
Collaboration . More open to discussion
Work Enviromentand pay employees fairly
Review from Sales Dept
Be more inclusive. You fail to recognize that if you don't include certain people in meetings and make professional connections then are critical because those people don't have institutional knowledge.
Review from Operations Dept
Postive and productive environment in the organisation
Super vibes from top and bottom
Warm environment extremely welcoming to all
We have a reasonably diverse culture and environment.
Overall way the company treats its employees and contractors
Review from IT Dept
Friendly, positive, helpful, adaptable and resourceful.
Nothing positive all very negitive
Review from Sales Dept
Typically a friendly environment with an effort toward diversity
Leadership in my department is very supportive
Review from Marketing Dept
Leadership is accessible, and willing to listen to feedback.
Co workers but there is no concern from management about morale.
Respect, reasonable pressure under Kanbaan system, good compensation. Nice people
Company is dedicated to making banking with us very easy and much more transparent
We work for a business if ran right it can lead us to a bright future.
Working from home since Covid outbreak.
Changing focus to retan diverse segments of people.
Nothing. It all rush and push these products on hispanics.
Teams are quite spread out over different parts of the country (and internationally) and even employees at the same location may work in different buildings. So culture is very localized. I have a very good work culture in my team, but I've heard some horror stories from others.
Review from Finance Dept
For the most part, my peers are appreciative of collaboration and the work each other does to get the job done.
The daily clients, partnerships with FA, mortgage consultants and management
Give employees an annual merit increase >1-2% (that has been the standard since 2008)
Review from Business Development Dept
Consistency in the work place. Maybe then it wouldn't appear to be about favoritism.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Better communication ,it is too much
Review from Customer Support Dept
New leaders and management, fair wages.
Review from IT Dept
Lots of issues stemming from bad leadership and incentivizing wrong things (still).
Review from Product Dept
Need to embrace mistake and promote lesson learnt
Review from Engineering Dept
Teamwork, and managers need to stop being condescending to others
Review from Finance Dept
go back to the basics and think about employees first
Review from Customer Support Dept
They make application support teams responsible for getting infrastructure teams to do their work.
Review from IT Dept
No more sales goals would be nice.
Review from Sales Dept
When there is a mistake, instead of pointing blame I think itd be better if management used it as an opportunity for the team to come together and have an open discussion on how/why it happened and how to prevent it instead of pointing fingers
Review from Admin Dept
They used to proactively encourage people to be happy to be at work and promote a happy work environment that is no longer the case
Review from Legal Dept
over worked and under appreciated. don't have the power to really do anything
Review from Executive Dept
Pay us at least industry standard
Review from IT Dept
The employees feel like the forgotten people and feel as though upper management does not appreciate them or take into account the opinions of those who do the job daily
Review from Finance Dept
Say what you mean and do what you say don’t just say what people want to hear
Review from Finance Dept
Better overall direction for the future. Better investment in the future
Review from Sales Dept
Management actually making changes that improve the quality of our work.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The non-management staff needs to be paid at a rate that matching the standard-of-living expenses for the area near the office locations. The executive managers need to honestly examine all ideas presented by non-management employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing they need to continue with changes that have been made
Review from Operations Dept
Easily coordinated, good IT set up
It wasn’t stressful and stuck
Three rounds and time to be personal in the meetings
Review from IT Dept
Structured questions, feedback and the follow up.
Quick turnaround and offer process
Over my career there I intereviewed for many different posiitons. All of them start with the question about salary. Its backwards and I think it is intentional. They start by telling you they know what you already make and they aren't willing to pay for the job you will do, they keep you down.
The progress is virtually all computer driven.
I rarely hear back on an interview. No feedback or anything to help me improve.
Remove politics and discrimination and unfairness
Review from Sales Dept
Less bureaucracy and policy based hiring that onky serves to allow people to check boxes
Helping people get in to there new homes
Paid super, best infrastructure, good transport
My coworkers are helpful and understanding
A lot of challenging work. I'm usually not bored.
Customer interaction, support for team members
The company has never been all that strong on customer service even though they say that the customer is number one. Cash and bonus for the executive team is number one. Number 2 is avoiding oversight and getting hit with more fines. Customers are maybe a 3 or 4.
Corrupt culture that put revenue growth above all else.
Greedy executives who are there for a shirt term and don't see how embracing development and higher pay would increase net worth in the long haul..
Mgmt crimes against customers but don't make a mistake at lower levels
Paid unfairly amd not traated fairly
Review from Sales Dept
The option to work remotely sometimes.
Review from Operations Dept
Daily work is challenging and interesting.
