Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been asked work double shifts often and work on my days off. After agreeing to take on the extra work, I never felt appreciated for it and I was always asked and expected to work so others could take off.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers seem to come to work to get a paycheck but not to work. They don't value their job. Working is not their priority even while at work. People only change if they want to change; thus the firing. The manager keeps hiring unqualified people.
