Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently doing an entire team's job and while I'm not unhappy I wish the salary was at par with market standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is ready to take up tasks as soon as it is assigned and dedicated to it's completion. They can co-ordinate very well, irrespective of working locations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While this depends on the manager, I think ZeroFox has quite a non-toxic work culture and has a potential to (if we keep up the culture) make employees want to stay despite any pay concerns.
