The gaslighting has been more than most can take. Mental health of staff has plummeted and been ignored. Patients receive less than stellar care due only to ZoomCare's infrastructure. ZoomCare is run like a disorganized bake sale with the cafeteria moms in charge.
Despite the hard work out in day in and day out, Zoom Care over works and underpays. Most people I work with are stressed and unhappy. Issues are not properly addressed by management or HR, systems are chaotic, constant tech issues. This is not a company that values employees despite the talk.
