My overall experience has been ok, policies and procedures are not consisitant,
Overall I enjoy working for the company but the extremely heavy work load has led to depression and anxiety about my performance. I feel as if no matter what I try to do there's 900 other things that pop up and I'm never able to fully master or even complete 1 task.
I love the people, company, benefits, etc. ; however, somethings become very stagnant and unless you have someone in your corner fighting for you, you will be stuck.
