They have resources in place that if used can help achieve there mission statement. That's great but no one's understand or uses or aware of. Over 4 yrs as a sup me and my leader used his company knowledge with my life experience as the agents I coached being a las Vegas native

Not good, undervalued, and when I'm doing good it seems I'm sabotaged and put into a bad location and situation to fail.
I thoroughly enjoy working at Diamond Resorts. Everyone I have encountered is very nice and welcoming.
