Backyard Discovery – Customer service and communication from the start. We ordered a swingset that was 2500 on April 28 and it didn't get put together for over a month. Nothing was sent to us by email as to how to prep yard, pdf of the set, the fact we needed to seal it. Nothing. Miscommunication all around.
