Transparency in all areas of the business
I had a Terrible experience with this company. I told my loan officer that I was seeing competing rates at 3.5% at zero points. Cardinal was at 3.75%. Do to time restraints, I was unable to switch to the other lender. The disclosure they had me sign had an additional 1.5% points added!
Well you haven't paid my taxes and now the County is calling. Ive been trying to get someone to help me for over a month (I have documentation to prove it) and i have have had 4 emails ignored and several "ill call you back" that never happened!
