Under paid, over worked and bad compensation.
Overall it has had its good and its bad, like most jobs. The company and the employers do not just offer you things just based on your employment, but you are rewarded based on how long you stay, your own personal drive, and your loyalty to the company. It can be difficult, but has made me bettter.
Positive in all aspects. We are ever evolving in our approach.
