Kareo – After using different medical software I have a strong base line to compare this software. I can strongly say that this software is poorly designed with so many issues I wont have space to write, the notes are not even in Medicare/Medicaid compliance. Customer service is also incapable of helping.

I was bait and switched by recruiter and hiring manager to come work here. I was misinformed about pay and benefits. I'm not surprised to see Kareo is already rated as an F.

I would like a 401 match and sock options for all employees. Overall benefit package is not great.
