The best part of MarketCast is that you can shape and mold your work to you (depending on your department). If you want to improve or fix things, there is plenty of room and you can take on ownership you might not have been able to.

I know everyone doesn't have direct contact with our leadership but I really love working with them all. The CEO was a big reason I took the job and stay. I feel lucky to learn from such an intelligent group. I also highly respect my boss and is always challenging mentally. In a good way!
