No one answers the phone. There is no help with a live coach. Cannot get good written instructions. They simply take your money and send you the food.
Great food if you can get it. Order processing and shipping delays prevent you from getting your food on time. You can wait up to two weeks which throws you off plan. They just tell you to use flex meals to substitute. This feels like a company that's failing or going out of business.
