I have had a mostly positive experience - great mangers, great team mates, challenging work, strong relationships with others in other departments. I feel very lucky to be a part of this amazing company.
As the years have progressed the company has changed. My direct report has changed. My interaction with this person and relationship, while friendly and personal, seems distance in a professional sense. The company has been good to me. I have no leadership encouragement and feel pigeon holed.
