Mr. Richard Bonaventura serves as Global Co-Head of Financial Institutions Merger Practice at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Mr. Bonaventura, who joined Lehman in 1999 after working as a corporate lawyer, was previously the head of Lehman's U.S. financial institutions mergers practice. He has worked on Travelers's $9 billion merger with the St. Paul Companies and Liberty Mutual's $6.2 billion purchase of Safeco.

He was also employed at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance LLC in the position of Chief Executive Officer since February 2005. Mr. Leventhal served as Head of Multinational Financial Institutions coverage in Japan for UBS AG. Before that, he spent three years in the financial institutions group at Lehman Brothers Inc., which he joined after a similar post for Salomon Brothers. He also served as Analyst at American International Group Inc.

Mr. William J. Fox serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Treasurer and Executive Vice President at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Mr. Fox serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Lehman ABS Corporation - Depositor of Corporate Bond Backed Certificates Trust Series 1998-NSC 1. He has been employed at Lehman Brothers Holdings since April 23, 2009. He was previously employed with Barington Capital Group, L.P. Mr. Matthew A. Cantor, also known as Matt, J.D., serves as the Chief General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. Mr. Cantor heads the legal department, coordinates the firm's legal functions and oversees all litigation matters. Previously, he served as the Founding Principal, Executive Officer and Investment Manager at Normandy Hill Capital and focused on distressed, event-driven credit and special situations. Mr. Cantor joined the firm in 2007. Prior to that, he served as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he specialized in restructuring, insolvency and workout and bankruptcy. Mr. Cantor served as a Principal at Valley Lane Industries from 1998 to 2001 and a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 1997 to 1998. He has been a Director of Xinergy Corp. since February 10, 2016. Mr. Cantor served as a Director of Lehman Brothers Special Finance Corp. He is a Member of New York State Bar Association. Mr. Cantor completed a J.D. in 1989 from New York University School of Law and B.A. in 1986 from State University of New York at Binghamton.

Hon. Raymond George Hardenbergh Seitz serves as Vice Chairman at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. He serves as a Director of Marconi PLC. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of PCCW-HKT Limited since February 1, 2005. He served as an Executive Assistant to Secretary of State George Shultz from 1982 to 1985. From 1991 to 1994, The Hon. Seitz served as an U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. in 1995, he served as an American Ambassador to the Court of St. James's. He has over a 28 years career in the U.S. Foreign Service and served in posts in Canada, Africa and the United Kingdom. He was a Minister at the US Embassy in London from 1984 to 1989.
