Mr. John Filby has been Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Deluxe Corporation since April 30, 2012. Mr. Filby joined Deluxe in April 2012 as a Member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Filby has successfully transformed businesses for growth, including both public and private companies. He has more than 20 years of experience leading organizations from Fortune 500 brands to start-up companies, with specific expertise in financial technology. He served as President of the Risk & Compliance Division/President of Risk Management Solutions at Fiserv Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President for ISD Corporation and President of the Merchant Services Division at InfoSpace. He co-founded eCash Technologies and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He began his career as an Attorney practicing corporate and intellectual property law. He served as a Board Member at eCash Technologies and ISD. He studied Commerce at Queen's University. He went on to receive a Law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from York University. He has completed extensive executive education, including programs with MIT, University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Mr. Malcolm J. McRoberts has been the Senior Vice President of Small Business Services at Deluxe Corporation since February 2011. Mr. McRoberts served as the Chief Information and Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Deluxe Corp. since May 2008 until February 2011. He served a variety of leadership positions at NCR, including vice president of operations for the retail, hospitality and self-service division from August 2004 to May 2008 and vice president of operations, enterprise re-engineering from April 2001 to August 2004. NCR is a leading global technology company. Mr. McRoberts studied in the United Kingdom and holds a bachelor's in manufacturing engineering from Strathclyde University and a master's in manufacturing systems engineering from Warwick University. He earned a master's certificate in project management from George Washington University and has Project Management Institute certification.

Mr. Peter J. Godich, also known as Pete, has been Senior Vice President of Fulfillment at Deluxe Corporation since March 2011. Mr. Godich served as the Vice President of Fulfillment at Deluxe Corp. since May 2008 until March 2011. Mr. Godich served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations at Deluxe Corp. from December 2006 to May 2008. From April 2006 to December 2006, he served as a Vice President of Supply Chain at Deluxe Corp. and Vice President of Customer Care from March 2003 to April 2006. Mr. Godich holds a bachelor's in math and computer science from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Mr. Keith A. Bush has been Chief Financial Officer of Deluxe Corporation since March 31, 2017 and its Senior Vice President since April 14, 2017. Mr. Bush joined the Deluxe executive team from American Airlines Group Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at American Airlines Group Inc. While at American Airlines, he built a strong finance department and led a team of nearly 300 employees, directing efforts in financial planning and analysis, division finance, corporate purchasing and insurance and risk management. He was also involved in the financial earnings release and investor relations processes. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at US Airways Group, Inc. since November 2011. He served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at US Airways Group, Inc. since June 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at US Airways Inc. Mr. Bush was responsible for developing and managing the airline's capital and operating budgets as well as overseeing long-range planning, airline profitability and fleet analysis. He joined US Airways in 2009 and has played a critical role in the planning and integration of the merger between American Airlines and US Airways. He has held varied roles with increasing responsibilities in treasury and financial planning and analysis for Northwest, Delta, US Airways and American Airlines. He joined US Airways from Northwest Airlines with more than 14 years in financial planning and analysis and treasury experience. He served as Northwest's Assistant Treasurer, with responsibility for financing activities, balance sheet management, insurance and risk management and investment banking relationships. He has an extensive financial background to airline and possesses broad expertise in commercial banking, long-range financial forecasting and budgeting and risk management. He has worked in the airline industry since 1995. Mr. Bush earned his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and strategic management, from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland and his Bachelor of Science in marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis.

Ms. Amanda K. Brinkman has been the Chief Brand & Communications Officer at Deluxe Corp. since January 13, 2014 and has been its Vice-President since January 2014. She leads brand, public relations, the Deluxe Foundation and communications for the enterprise. Ms. Brinkman served as Vice President of Brand and Creative Services at Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America since September 2009, where she was responsible for a large scope of marketing services including advertising, brand, creative, media and interactive in North America. Ms. Brinkman has wealth of career experience in internal marketing, brand management and interactive development. Ms. Brinkman played key roles in developing marketing services teams for large corporations. She led the creation of Carrot, the internal marketing services team of 150 that specialized in consumer engagement programs as Vice President of Creative Services at UnitedHealth Group. Ms. Brinkman was responsible for P&L management, overall campaign quality and service levels working with the UnitedHealth Group brand. She began her career working on the agency side with such firms as Cohn & Wolfe London, Campbell Mithun and Fallon. Ms. Brinkman serves as a Director of Association of National Advertisers Inc. She served as the Director of Business Development at Fallon, where Ms. Brinkman spearheaded the agency's digital group and oversaw the development of award-winning websites for such clients as Georgia Pacific, Brawny Academy and St. Paul Travelers. She serves as Vice Chairman of the Children's Cancer Research Fund Board of Directors and a Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Board. Ms. Brinkman also honed her brand and account management skills servicing brands such as BMW, Reebok and Virgin Mobile. She developed an internal agency whose success earned Department of the Year honors at Allianz in 2010. Ms. Brinkman has received a series of distinguished Twin Cities business awards including being honored by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a Woman To Watch in 2012 and Forty Under 40 in 2009. Minnesota Business Magazine also featured her as one of The Next Generation of Minnesota Business Titans. She involved in the community. She has a BA from The Winona State University.

Mr. Michael S. Mathews has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Deluxe Corporation since May 2013 and April 21, 2017 respectively. Mr. Mathews served as Vice President at Deluxe Corporation since May 2013 until April 21, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Enterprise Programs at UnitedHealth Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His prior experience includes Merrill Lynch where he was the Global Head of Strategy & Delivery for Operations Services & Technology in the Private Wealth business unit. At Merrill Lynch, he also served as the global head of Six Sigma. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mathews held leadership positions with Unilever, A. T. Kearney and Claremont Technology Group. He also founded and served as CEO of The Infology Group. He holds a degree in business administration, marketing and decision sciences from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Ms. Tracey G. Engelhardt has been Senior Vice President of Direct-to-the-Consumer at Deluxe Corporation since April 21, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Direct-to-the-Consumer since June 2012 until April 21, 2017. Ms. Engelhardt joined Deluxe in February 1990 as an industrial engineer. During her career with Deluxe, she has held a variety of positions in the areas of sales, marketing and operations, including 14 years of experience in the direct-to-the-consumer segment. She had been the vice president of e-commerce for Deluxe's Small Business Services, where she had great success leading and achieving strategic growth for the e-commerce business. She worked at Eli Lilly and Company as an industrial engineer. She received her bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University.

Mr. J. Michael Schroeder has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Deluxe Corporation since March 1, 2016. Mr. Schroeder served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Deluxe Corp. from July 2014 to March 1, 2016. He joined Deluxe in July 2014. Mr. Schroeder served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Great Wolf Resorts Inc. from May 2004 to January 20, 2011. Mr. Schroeder served in several senior management positions for Great Lakes from November 1999 to April 2004 and also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He serves as Trustee of GW Capital Trust II. From September 1993 to November 1999, he was associated with several law firms in New York, New York and Greenwich, Connecticut where he specialized in real estate, real estate finance and corporate law, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Mr. Schroeder holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
