Mr. Boyd was a co-founder of California Hotel and Casino and served as its President since inception in 1973. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Boyd Gaming Corp. from August 1998 to January 1, 2008. Mr. Boyd practiced law in Las Vegas for 15 years. From 1970 to 1974, he served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Union Plaza Hotel and Casino. He has been the Executive Chairman of Boyd Gaming Corporation. since January 1, 2008 and serves as its Executive Director. He held a variety of senior executive positions over a 20-year period - including oversight of Fremont Hotel & Casino's Downtown Las Vegas and Henderson operations ??? before he was named to his current position in 2004. He serves as a Director of Las Vegas Events and the Fremont Street Experience.

He served numerous financial positions. He served as a Vice President of Caesars Entertainment Corporation from November 1999 to July 2005 and its Assistant Controller from 1994 to 2001. Mr. McDuffie has been an Executive Director of London Clubs International Limited since November 13, 2006. He served as a Treasurer and Trustee of Harrah's Foundation. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a BS in Finance from Christian Brothers University.

Mr. Vincent Schwartz, also Known as Vince, has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Boyd Gaming Corporation since July 24, 2014. Mr. Schwartz was previously Vice President and General Manager of the IP Casino Resort and Spa. In his new role, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the operations of three properties - the IP, Treasure Chest and Amelia Belle. Mr. Schwartz served as General Manager of Treasure Chest for three years before joining the IP in August 2012. Mr. Schwartz holds BS degree in Business from University of New Orleans from 1987-1993.

Mr. Steve Schutte has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Boyd Gaming Corporation since July 24, 2014. Mr. Schutte served as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Hard Rock Rocksino near Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Bogich joined Blue Chip in 2007 as Vice President and General Manager. In addition to Blue Chip, he oversees operations at Par-A-Dice Casino in Peoria, Ill. and Sam's Town.
